JTR Motorsports Engineering capped off the Porsche Endurance Challenge North America four-hour finale with a statement-making 1-2 finish in the final race of the season at Road Atlanta.
The invitational class entry of Carrera Cup North America standout Ryan Yardley and teammate Dave Musial Jr. delivered the overall victory. New Zealander Yardley’s outright pace — including the fastest lap in class — and Musial’s steady stints gave JTR the top step and an emphatic showcase of the team’s strength.
Right behind them, JTR’s duo of Chris Hutter and team boss Jared Thomas secured second overall and the Pro-Am class victory.
Adding even more drama to the weekend, Scott Blind — the Am category ace — sealed the overall championship title by delivering a stunning class win with co-driver Alan Metni.
Metni was able to cross the line third after a dramatic chase of championship rival, and COTA winner Charlie Hayes (again teamed with Reinhold Krahn). Their dramatic battle came to a head when they made contact entering turn 10a with 17 minutes remaining.
While Metni was able to recover quicker, he was given a drive-through penalty by race officials. Despite the penalty, Hayes was unable to bridge the gap with his now damaged No. 233 entry and eventually crossed the line in fifth place (second in the Am class).
The result gave Blind a perfect three-for-three championship result at Road Atlanta, winning not only the Endurance Challenge 992 GT3 Cup Am title on Sunday, but also securing trophies in both Sprint Challenge North America and USA West, all with Ruckus Racing.
While Blind eased to his Sprint Challenge titles earlier in the weekend, he claimed a narrow victory in the Endurance Challenge, beating the season-long pair of Hayes and Krahn by just seven points.
In the 992 GT3 Cup Pro-Am class, Kellymoss racer John Gilliland solely took home the Endurance Challenge title with a third-place finish on Sunday with Riley Dickinson.
Of the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport Pro-Am cars, William Peluchiwski and Andrew Davis took home the final Endurance Challenge win of the year for Kellymoss. The winning pass by Davis – in his first Endurance Challenge outing – came before the half-hour mark and delivered teammate Peluchiwski’s best finish of the season.
The pair shared the podium with title winners Charles Espenlaub and Brandon Chappell, who captured the award by 64 points.
In the Cayman GT4 Clubsport Masters class, Reginald Tartaglione stamped his class championship with a win at Road Atlanta, pairing with Gary Bufkin for the first time of the season. In the previous three rounds, Tartaglione partnered with his son Emanuel, and their two wins with ProSport Competition set up the former for success on Sunday.
A special thank you to Porsche Motorsport North America partner, PenFed Credit Union, for sponsoring an unforgettable P-51 Mustang flyover during the National Anthem, performed by American Idol contestant Jordan Sasser.

The 2025 Porsche Sprint Challenge North America by Yokohama and Porsche Sprint Challenge USA West seasons concluded at Road Atlanta with the Final Prost, presented by Good Boy Vodka, bringing together more than 250 drivers, crew members, sponsors, and families for the traditional year-end celebration.
The event recognized the achievements of competitors across both series, with championship hardware awarded in Cayman and GT3 Cup categories.
The evening reflected not only the results on track but also the growth of the Porsche Sprint Challenge platform, which continues to serve as a key stepping stone in the Porsche Motorsport Pyramid.
“This is now our fifth season, and I still remember in 2020 when Sprint Challenge didn’t exist,” said Volker Holzmeyer, President and CEO of Porsche Motorsport North America.
“We created the joint venture with USAC to get Porsche Sprint Challenge North America by Yokohama started, and it has been quite a transformation. Over the last five years, we’ve changed a lot, experimented a lot, but always with the focus on getting feedback from our customers — the drivers, the teams, the mechanics, the sponsors — to keep improving every year.
“On behalf of Porsche Motorsport North America, I want to congratulate all of our 2025 Porsche Sprint Challenge champions.
“Sprint Challenge has grown into one of the most competitive and important platforms in the Porsche Motorsport North America Pyramid, and the accomplishments of our champions are a reflection of the strength of the entire community. We look forward to building on this success together in 2026.”
Blind became a dual champion in 2025, securing GT3 Cup Masters titles in both North America and USA West. Hanley prevailed in a closely fought Pro-Am battle that came down to the final weekend, while Scalzo, Hantson, Rogers, Parriott, and Kleck each earned their first Porsche Sprint Challenge titles.
As overall championship winners, Kleck, Blind, and Hanston have earned invitations to the annual Porsche Celebration of Champions in Germany on November 29 this year.
“Topp Racing gives me the car that allows me to drive fast, and I’m so blessed to have them with me.
“It’s like family. My dad always tries to be the engineer, and Todd and Alex have to tell him to step back.
“But truly, this paddock feels like family — with Topp Racing, Porsche Motorsports, Eboost and everyone around us. I’m blessed to be a part of it.”
“On behalf of Team Ruckus, we really appreciate it. We’ve built such great friendships and camaraderie in this paddock.
“The folks from Porsche Motorsport North America and USAC have been fantastic, and of course thanks to Yokohama for their support.”
“It feels really good. I had to rebound from yesterday, but we got it done. Big shoutout to Speed Sport Tuning — they’ve been with me since 2019.
“I started racing here six years ago, my very first race, so it feels extra special to be here today celebrating.”
“This means a lot. It was our goal this year. Last year, we finished second in the championship and had a good shot, but maybe lacked experience. This year we achieved our goal, and we’re very pleased with it.”
“The important thing for us is that this paddock is the training ground for everything we do.
“It’s my favorite paddock to come to. The other teams are so supportive, as are the vendors, Porsche Motorsport North America, and USAC. It’s just a wonderful place to be, and we’re glad to keep coming here to develop our drivers.”
“It feels pretty amazing. First and foremost, a massive thank you to everyone at Competition Motorsports. They were the first team I ever worked with as a mechanic, so a lot of them have known me since I was a teenager.
“It feels really special. I’ve spent a lot of time in this paddock and gotten to know wonderful people here, and I’m grateful for all the support.
“Big thank you to my family, my mom, and my sister. It means a lot to feel that support.”
“It was super fun. As everybody knows, this isn’t an individual sport; it’s a team sport. I just get all the fun behind the wheel, which is great.
“Thanks to Porsche for a great car, and to Tatum Racing. The whole gang has been incredible. Especially thanks to my wife, Meg, for being here. It’s been a tough year, but really fun, and I appreciate everyone who’s been part of it.”
“It’s been a long year, but it means a lot to me to be out here working with our customers, fellow competitors, and really the whole motorsport community.
“One person I want to point out who’s done an exceptional job this year is Jeremy Sundt at Porsche Motorsport North America.
“I give him a hard time, but he’s been really good for the series, the sport, and for us. I also want to give a shoutout to the team — they’ve been absolutely awesome this year. The drivers have been great, everything’s been good.”
Porsche Mobil 1 Female Driver Program duo Erika Hoffmann and Loni Unser made history at Road Atlanta by taking the first all-female 1-2 finish in Porsche Sprint Challenge North America by Yokohama.
After Unser’s recent victory at Watkins Glen, her Kellymoss teammate Hoffmann claimed her first-ever series win at the Road Atlanta finale, leading Unser across the line in the opening Cayman Pro-Am race of the weekend. The result marked not only back-to-back first wins for both drivers but also the first time in series history that two female competitors finished 1-2.
The historic moment was one of many highlights of the final race weekend for Porsche Sprint Challenge North America for 2025, where nearly 30 Porsche race cars battled it out in the final championship-deciding fight of the season.
Erika Hoffmann faced incredible pressure in Race 1 from Kellymoss teammate Loni Unser but the pair were battling for second and third place on the podium. Only when leader Jens Hantson stopped with one minute on the clock did Hoffmann’s maneuvers versus her teammate lead her to her first win in the series.
Hoffmann’s first podium of the year came at Sonoma Raceway in April, and she celebrated fourth in the season-long championship behind fellow female racers Unser in second and Anna Cecchi in third.
The trio finished behind Hanston in the championship, who found his way back to first in Race 2. Hanston’s season had been dominant with Speedsport Tuning en route to the title – winning the final race of the season in addition to 10 others.
In the Cayman Masters class, Alain Scalzo was crowned the season-long champion following five wins in 2025. Scalzo’s two podiums – third in Race 1 and second in Race 2 – sealed the title.
However, it was Keith Grant in his first event with Sprint Challenge North America this season who captured both Masters class victories at Road Atlanta. Grant also placed on the overall podium in the two races.
Amongst Grant and Scalzo in the finishing order were Bill Fenech, second place in Race 1 and finishing second in the class championship, and Gary Bufkin for his first podium of the year in third during Race 2.
Both Cole Kleck and Scott Blind won class races at Road Atlanta en route to stamping their titles in Sprint Challenge North America.
The start of Race 1 was hectic for polesitter Alan Metni, Kleck in second and Danny Dyszelski in third, as the latter two tried to maneuver around the leader. In Kleck’s efforts, he tiptoed into the dirt and out of contention, but rebounded the following day by passing Metni within the opening minutes of the race.
It was Kleck’s 11th win of the season with Topp Racing – finishing more than 200 points ahead of the next closest competitor in the championship – while Metni’s victory in Race 1 was his second with Kellymoss. Also walking away with podium finishes in the Pro-Am class were Dyszelski in both instances and Malito in Race 1 after powering through the field from seventh.
In the 992 GT3 Cup Masters class, Scott Blind capped off a stunning season with seven wins, including podium finishes in all races throughout the season. His Race 1 win and second-place finish in Race 2 came after securing the Sprint Challenge USA West 992 GT3 Cup Masters title earlier in the day.
While Blind cruised to his title in the Ruckus Racing Porsche, Kayden Kelly took attention with his Race 2 win. With six wins of his own in 2025, Kelly battled Blind for the championship throughout the season, but settled for second.
Reinhold Krahn completed the podium in both Masters class races at Road Atlanta.

The Porsche Sprint Challenge USA West by Yokohama GT3 Cup Pro-Am championship came down to the wire at Road Atlanta, where Competition Motorsports driver Daniel Hanley secured the title with a dramatic final-race victory, edging out Brannan Hankins by just 0.628 seconds.
Hanley and Brannan Hankins entered the weekend tied on points in the title showdown.
Only by Hanley finishing one position higher than Hankins in both rounds did the former secure the class title. Hanley finished second to Metni on Friday, while winning on Saturday ahead of Hankins by less than one second. Hankins completed the podium in Race 1, while Mark Crigler scored his second podium of the season in Race 2.
In the Masters class, Scott Blind was the unequivocal champion in the series, having won eight of 10 races in the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup Masters class and scoring the most points of any Sprint Challenge USA West driver this season.
Blind closed out the year with two class wins at Road Atlanta, also finishing first overall in Race 2.
Given Blind’s dominance throughout the season, the Ruckus Racing driver was nearly uncontested for the title. However, Kyle Washington and Alessandro Chiocchetti battled hard at Road Atlanta in his wake – with both swapping the remaining podium spots of the weekend.
Winning Race 1 overall in the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup Pro-Am class was Alan Metni with Kellymoss, shining bright in the USA West division as Porsche Sprint Challenge North America and Porsche Endurance Challenge North America also joined the weekend’s action at the popular Georgia circuit.
In his first outing, Chad Knight scored his first Sprint Challenge USA win on Saturday in the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport Masters class. Knight entered a tight field of competition, but only when leader Tim Smith had a dizzying spin did he inherit the lead and eventual win.
Knight was lunging for the Race 2 victory on Saturday, but came second to title winner Tom Rogers and the Tatum Racing team. Greg Herback finished third in both rounds, en route to finishing second in the championship.
Jack Parriott won the Cayman Pro-Am class championship, securing four wins on the season ahead of Emanuel Tartaglione and Anna Cecchi.

After a season of near-misses and runner-up finishes, Loni Unser finally broke through for her first Porsche Sprint Challenge North America by Yokohama victory at Watkins Glen International.
Her long-awaited triumph stood out as the defining moment of a weekend where championship leaders strengthened their positions and last-lap battles kept the title fight alive. For Unser, it was the result of consistency, persistence, and a season spent pushing at the front by the Porsche Mobil 1 Female Driver Program member.
As a fourth-generation race car driver, Loni Unser celebrated one of her most significant racing accomplishments to date at Watkins Glen, as she captured her first Porsche Sprint Challenge North America by Yokohama victory with Kellymoss in the Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport category.
Through nine races in 2025, Unser had finished second five times in Pro-Am, and only with a last-lap shootout on Saturday did she pull off her first win. Polesitter and championship leader Jens Hantson led until a yellow flag flew with four minutes remaining. The race restarted at the white flag, and Unser maneuvered to the inside of Hantson approaching the inner loop for a smooth pass into the lead.
The win caps off years of hard work for Unser, who joined the Porsche one-make family and the Kellymoss squad in 2024. And in addition to sitting second in this year’s Sprint Challenge Pro-Am championship battle – her win breaks a tie with third-place Anna Cecchi – she revisited the Pikes Peak Hill Climb earlier this summer where she ran the quickest Porsche of the event and was the fastest female amongst her competition.
Behind Unser, Hantson finished second, but would regain the top step of the podium on Sunday. Similar to the day prior, Race 2 also featured a last-lap shootout, but Hantson refused to make the same error from Race 1 and went on for his ninth win of the year.
Spencer Propper completed Saturday’s podium – his first top-three of the season – while on Sunday, Hantson held off a hard-charging Anna Cecchi in second. Unser chased her female rival for the runner-up spot, but settled for third. The pair will battle for second place in the Pro-Am championship standings behind Hantson at the season finale.
In the Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport Masters class, the wins at Watkins Glen were split by Alain Scalzo in Race 1 and William Peluchiwski in Race 2. Both drivers led flag-to-flag en route to their victories. It was the first win for championship-leading Scalzo since Circuit of The Americas, while Peluchiwski’s win on Sunday was his second consecutive after winning at Road America earlier this month.
Peluchiwski finished second on Saturday behind Scalzo and ahead of Tom Kopczynski in third. Meanwhile, Sunday’s podium saw Bill Fenech second at the finish line, with Scalzo narrowly behind in third. Kopczynski, Fenech, and Dan Ammann will fight to decide the rest of the top-four finishing order in the Masters championship behind Scalzo at the finale.
It was the same story, but on two different days, in the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup Pro-Am class.
Cole Kleck started from the pole position in both races at Watkins Glen and led flag-to-flag for his fourth weekend sweep of the season with Topp Racing. Watkins Glen followed the one race of the season that Kleck had not won in 2025, and the youngster wasted no time in further extending his nearly untouchable Pro-Am championship lead.
Danny Dyszelski made identical moves of his own on Saturday and Sunday to claim runner-up in both contests. After starting on the second row both days, Dyszelski swept around Alan Metni – who began outside the front row – in the opening corners of Races 1 and 2 to take the spot. Metni held onto third both times, adding to his nearly double-digit number of podiums in 2025.
In the Masters class, Scott Blind returned to victory lane with Ruckus Racing for the first time since Circuit of The Americas in May. It was a crucial victory for Blind in his championship efforts, as his next closest rival, Kayden Kelly, scored the Race 2 win at Watkins Glen.
In the race they did not win, Blind and Kelly finished runner-up to each other, and the former holds a comfortable yet not unbeatable title lead over Kelly ahead of the finale.
While Saturday’s race ran green flag for the entire duration – and featured John Gilliland completing the Masters podium in third – a lengthy yellow flag on Lap 1 limited action in Race 2. Gilliland was part of the incident after his podium performance on Saturday, elevating Joel Johnson to third place.
Not only did the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup and Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport classes complete their standard doubleheader at The Glen, the competitors also ran a third race to make up for what was cancelled at Road America earlier in the month due to inclement weather.
The 992 GT3 Cup classes ran their round on Friday at Watkins Glen, with Cole Kleck winning overall to kick off his eventual weekend sweep. A mid-race yellow flag interrupted the action, but Kleck excelled on the restart to finish ahead of Danny Dyszelski and Matthew Siegal in second and third, respectively.
In the Masters class, Scott Blind earned another class victory ahead of championship rival Kayden Kelly in second, while Reinhold Krahn finished on the podium for the third time this year.
The Road America make-up rounds bookended the weekend, as the Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport classes ran their third race of the weekend on Sunday afternoon to conclude the event.
Jens Hantson tallied his second victory of the day, winning overall in the Pro-Am class ahead of Loni Unser by less than half a second and Anna Cecchi in third. William Peluchiwski followed suit in the Masters class, winning both races of the day. It was an identical podium to the class’ contest in the morning, with Bill Fenech and Tom Kopczynski finishing second and third, respectively.
Road Atlanta hosts the final Porsche Sprint Challenge by Yokohama rounds of the year for both the North America and USA West series on September 12 – 14. Not only will champions be crowned across those respective classes, but Porsche Endurance Challenge North America by Yokohama will also run its final race of 2025 to determine its title winner after four rounds.
Race replays for Porsche Sprint Challenge and Porsche Endurance Challenge by Yokohama are available on the Porsche Motorsport North America YouTube Channel.

Porsche Motorsport North America gears up for 2026 with a full slate of one-make racing championships and track day events, set to deliver thrilling competition and unmatched on-track experiences.
Among the highlights is the return of Porsche Sprint Challenge North America by Yokohama to Barber Motorsports Park in March, joining the NTT IndyCar Series for the weekend. The Alabama stop adds to a schedule that blends legendary road courses, fan-favorite events, and opportunities for drivers at every level of competition.
All Porsche Sprint Challenge North America, Porsche Sprint Challenge USA West, Porsche Endurance Challenge North America, and Porsche GT Track Day events will continue to be sanctioned by the United States Auto Club (USAC), Porsche Motorsport North America’s official licensing partner.
From sanctioning and event operations to delivering Porsche GT Track Day, USAC provides the consistency and professional standards that drivers and teams rely on. For 2026, USAC will also continue to provide test day opportunities at most venues, giving current and prospective racers added track access to prepare for competition.
The 2026 PSCNA season once again spans seven weekends at premier U.S. circuits, but the spotlight falls on the return to Barber Motorsports Park, March 27–29, where the championship will share the stage with the NTT IndyCar series.
The Barber event combines the atmosphere of a major national race weekend with the pure competition of Porsche’s one-make format, giving drivers a showcase opportunity in front of passionate crowds.
The year opens at Sebring International Raceway before heading to Barber, followed by visits to Sonoma Raceway, Circuit of the Americas, Virginia International Raceway, and Road America. The season finale is scheduled for Road Atlanta in September, where PSCNA will wrap up another highly competitive campaign.
PSCUW once again brings the thrill of Porsche single-make sprint racing to the western U.S., with a six-event calendar that emphasizes variety and accessibility, offering mixed-class competition where drivers in the 911 GT3 Cup and 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport compete side-by-side.
The series opens in February with a first-ever visit to Apex Motor Club in Arizona, expanding to a new region and adding a fresh challenge to the schedule.
From there, PSCUW joins PSCNA at Sonoma and Circuit of the Americas before returning to Sonoma in May for Velocity Invitational, one of the most unique racing festivals in the country. Later in the summer, the series visits WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca before wrapping up with a joint season finale at Road Atlanta.
The 2026 Porsche Endurance Challenge season will feature four rounds, each running alongside a Porsche Sprint Challenge North America weekend. Drivers will begin at Sebring International Raceway before heading to Sonoma Raceway in April.
After the summer break, the championship resumes at Road America in August before closing the year at Road Atlanta in September.
The format continues to attract both single drivers and co-driver lineups in the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup and 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport, with longer race distances and a mandatory pit stop window adding layers of strategy to the competition.
Building on the momentum of its first full season, Porsche GT Track Day has quickly become one of the most exclusive ways for owners to experience their personal Porsches on track. In 2026, the program returns for four dates at some of North America’s most exciting venues.
Apex Motor Club, Circuit of the Americas, and Road Atlanta join the calendar for the first time, alongside a return to Sonoma Raceway.
With expectations of large turnouts at each stop, Porsche GT Track Day offers enthusiasts unmatched access to iconic circuits, generous track time, VIP hospitality, and a behind-the-scenes view of a Porsche race weekend.
The 2026 season blends classic tracks, new venues, and a variety of racing formats that together showcase the depth of Porsche’s one-make racing.
With new & returning venues, including fan-favorite events like Barber and Velocity, plus the continued growth of Porsche GT Track Day, the 2026 season is shaping up to be one of the most exciting yet.

Road America was a marquee stop for many on the 2025 Porsche Sprint Challenge North America calendar, but as the weekend unfolded, Mother Nature had other plans.
Inclement weather bombarded the fan favorite, 4.048-mile racetrack beginning on Saturday afternoon and it continued well into Sunday morning. However, Sprint Challenge managed one race apiece for both the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup classes and for the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport classes.
Plans to reschedule Race 2 for both categories will be announced at a later date.
After winning earlier this season in the Cayman GT4 Clubsport Pro-Am class, Danny Dyszelski stepped up to 992 GT3 Cup Pro-Am and led flag-to-flag for the overall win at Road America.
On a very wet racetrack, Dyszelski was slotted to start second behind polesitter and championship leader Cole Kleck. However, in a surprising move coming to the green flag of the race, Kleck darted to pit lane behind the Safety Car. Dyszelski assumed the lead in his VPX Motorsport Porsche and battled the elements en route to the win.
Kleck quickly returned to the racetrack, but with a field of more than 20 993 GT3 Cup cars ahead of him. As the track began to dry, Kleck climbed his way back up the charts – impressively finishing third in class and making the podium-winning pass with less than five minutes remaining.
Kleck’s gap to second-place Tony Malito was too large to overcome before the checkered flag, and Malito earned his best finish of the year. Malito is also second behind Kleck in the championship standings with two events left on the calendar.
Also with an impressive run was Kayden Kelly in the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup for Kellymoss. It was Kelly’s first trip to Road America, and not only did he start from pole position in the Masters class, but he also scored the class win and finished second overall.
It was Kelly’s third consecutive Masters class win after sweeping the weekend at VIRginia International Raceway last month, further closing the gap to himself and points leader Scott Blind. Blind finished second on Sunday, his third consecutive runner-up finish behind Kelly.
Finishing third was Mark Boden, who inherited the position after a competitor ahead received a drive-through penalty. The result tied Boden’s best finish of the season, after previously finishing third in Race 1 at VIR.
Jens Hanston continued his nearly flawless season in the Cayman GT4 Clubsport category, finishing first for the eighth time in nine races.
In the Speedsport Tuning Porsche, Hanston led the field through a dry race on Saturday, which took place just before heavy rainfall and storms moved over the Elkhart Lake region.
After a mid-race yellow flag, Loni Unser tried to keep Hanston in her sights, but her rival drove off to a win by nearly five seconds. Unser went on for her fifth second-place finish of the season, while Anna Cecchi followed in third.
It was a comeback performance by Cecchi, as she borrowed the Cayman GT4 Clubsport belonging to her father – Masters driver Greg Cecchi – to race following an incident earlier in the weekend.
In the Masters category, William Peluchiwski pulled off his second win of the season with Kellymoss. Peluchiwski was untouched throughout the race, with Tom Kopczynski finishing second by almost seven seconds.
Kopczynski hung onto his spot by less than two-tenths of a second over third-place Alain Scalzo at the checkered flag. Points leader Scalzo had initially battled with Dominique Leqeuex throughout the entire race, but made the third-place pass with seven minutes to go.
Before the weather disruptions set in, the Road America weekend kicked off with two memorable off-track gatherings. On Thursday, crew members swapped wrenches for steering wheels in the 2025 Road America Crew Karting Competition Presented by Yokohama Tire, battling through qualifying heats before each team’s fastest earned a spot in the main event. Friday brought a more relaxed but equally spirited affair, as Kellymoss co-owners Andy Kilcoyne and Victoria Thomas welcomed teams and guests into their “home” track condo to share stories, admire a selection of freshly completed custom-built air-cooled Porsches, and celebrate the passion that fuels the paddock.
Porsche Sprint Challenge North America won’t have long to wait to get back on track, with the next round at Watkins Glen International taking place on August 29 – 31. Meanwhile, race replays throughout the season are available on the Porsche Motorsport North America YouTube Channel.

In his first event with Porsche Sprint Challenge USA West, Matt Siegel made his presence known with a double victory in his Air Power Racing Porsche 992 GT3 Cup race car.
The young driver swept both races at Burt Brothers Motorpark, previously known as Utah Motorsports Campus, as the series completed its fourth of six rounds in 2025.
While Siegel sailed to victory in Race 1, he only captured the Race 2 victory with a pass in the second half of the 35-minute plus one-lap contest. Siegel made the move on Brannan Hankins, who, despite searching for his first win of the season, still left Burt Brothers Motorpark with a double podium result.
Hankins finished second on Saturday and third on Sunday. Daniel Hanley completed the podium in both rounds as the championship rivals continued their fight for the 992 GT3 Cup Pro/Am title.
In the 992 GT3 Cup Masters category, Scott Blind with Ruckus Racing swept his second consecutive weekend in class, further cementing his position as a title contender.
Tom Rogers celebrated his fourth and fifth consecutive victories with Tatum Racing amongst 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport competitors, and while he did so with ease, the battle raged on for the remaining podium spots behind him.
In Race 1, Tim Smith made a late move to claim the runner-up spot on the penultimate lap, edging out Greg Herback, who settled for third. Jack Parriott of HM Road Racing secured the win in the Pro-Am class. However, the start of Race 2 saw all three drivers involved in an incident on the main straight before Turn 1, forcing each to retire. Their absence opened the door for David Bradshaw to earn his best finish of the season in second, while Henry Marshall returned to the podium in third—his first top-three result since sweeping the season-opening rounds at Spring Mountain.
Running alongside the Porsche Sprint Challenge USA West event on Saturday was the third Porsche GT Track Day of 2025, hosted by Porsche Motorsport North America. More than 20 guests participated in the exclusive experience, which allowed them to bring their Porsche road cars out for nearly two hours of open lapping on the Burt Brothers Motorpark circuit.
The guests enjoyed full VIP hospitality throughout the day, including paddock tours, a meet and greet with Ruckus Racing driver Scott Blind, and an unforgettable finale of hot laps in a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car. Professional racers Riley Dickinson, Andy Lee, and Robb Todd took turns behind the wheel, delivering thrilling rides that capped off a high-octane day immersed in Porsche motorsport.
Porsche Sprint Challenge USA West by Yokohama enjoys nearly two months of downtime before its next and penultimate event of 2025. The series returns to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca on July 25 – 27 prior to the finale at Road Atlanta – another combined outing with Porsche Sprint Challenge North America – in September. Race replays throughout the season are available on the Porsche Motorsport North America YouTube Channel.

Charlie Hayes Racing (CHR) is no stranger to relying on their expert strategies for success, but on Sunday at Circuit of The Americas, a little luck helped see the veteran team take the overall win at the third round of the 2025 Porsche Endurance Challenge North America season—seeing the 992 GT3 Cup Am entry finish ahead of the stacked Pro-Am class.
Starting driver Reinhold Krahn pitted far earlier than all other competitors—a bold move that, combined with strong pace and timely execution, saw the team outpace the entire field.
Just thirty minutes into the race, CHR made a bold move by sending Krahn in for an early pit stop—well ahead of the rest of the field—handing the #233 car over to teammate and team owner Charlie Hayes.
As Hayes rejoined the circuit, an on-track incident triggered the second yellow flag, preventing other teams from making their mandatory pit stops under caution. Once the race went green again, the other teams completed their stops, but Hayes’s strategic timing and a bit of luck gave him a full-lap lead at the front of the field.
It was the duo’s first Endurance Challenge win of 2025, and the remaining class competitors were not within striking distance.
Peter Toombs and co-driver Lonnie Pechnik had their best showing of the season by finishing second, while a dramatic incident at Turn 1 on the opening lap involved Josh Conley colliding with pole-sitter and 992 GT3 Cup Am championship leader Scott Blind, ending both of their races.
As a result, no team was classified in third place in the Am class.
In the 992 GT3 Cup Pro-Am category, John Gilliland and Aaron Jeansonne wrapped up their first victory of the four-event championship. The pair only gained the lead in the final half hour of the enduro, but led a string of 10 cars to do so.
CHR racer Damir Hot – leader of the majority of the race – and co-driver Ryan Yardley finished second after the latter made a pass for position with 20 minutes to go.
Mike Mim and Zachary Vanier jumped into the final Pro-Am podium spot after a competitor was penalized, making it back-to-back podiums for the pair after winning at Sonoma Raceway in April, seeing the duo leave COTA with the championship lead.
In the 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport Pro-Am class, Robin Liddell and Will Peluchiwski claimed first place for the first time this season with Kellymoss. Peluchiwski worked their Porsche up to second before Liddell took over, and Liddell made the winning pass with half an hour remaining.
The pass came on Brandon Chappell, who did not give up without a fight. Chappell inherited the car from co-driver Charles Espenlaub who took a turn in the lead as well before the mandatory pit stop.
The father-daughter Charlie Hayes Racing duo of Greg and Anna Cecchi finished third to tie their best performance of the season. Their podium meant all three CHR entries went home with trophies.
Emanuel and Reginald Tartaglione tag-teamed for the 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport Am class win, gaining the spot with less than an hour in the race after running in the top three.
It is the second consecutive Endurance Challenge win for the father and son pair with ProSport Competition, and they did so by more than seven seconds over runner-up Griff Asplundh in a solo entry. Jozsef Petkes finished third in his season debut.
After a quick start to the season, Porsche Endurance Challenge North America will resume in four months for the 2025 season finale. The event is set to take place alongside Porsche Sprint Challenge North America and USA West at Road Atlanta from September 12–14. Race replays throughout the season are available on the Porsche Motorsport North America YouTube Channel.
